Board of Directors

Jenny Maier (Chair) Jenny, a retired Queensland educational leader with 33 years’ experience, specialises in secondary and vocational education. Jenny was a Deputy Principal, then Principal at Kepnock State High School, and later worked in Brisbane’s Department of Education and as Assistant Regional Director for the Sunshine Coast region.

Lynda Cremer (Director) Lynda has been a Business Manager with Education Queensland for the past 15 years. With over 20 years of prior experience in finance and banking, she excels in keeping updated with educational policies and compliance regulations. Lynda has supported schools' strategic direction by managing compliance, financial, human, and physical resources, ensuring the best outcomes for students and staff. She has successfully obtained grants for schools and not-for-profit organisations. Additionally, Lynda is a Life Member and Past President of the Bundaberg Surf Life Saving Club.

Tanya O’Shea (Director) Joining IMPACT Community Services in 1999 and working in a range of management positions prior to being appointed Managing Director, Tanya is well known for her capacity building and advocacy, serving on influential and highly effective Boards and committees as well as working with emerging leaders as a coach and mentor.

Robin Rayner (Director) Robin has a broad background in education, having served as a teacher, Principal, and Executive Principal. She's been involved with various community groups, including the Fraser Coast Domestic and Family Violence Alliance and Zonta Hervey Bay. Robin is an alumnus of Central Queensland University and holds memberships in professional organisations such as ACEL and QELi. With qualifications in School Management and Human Resource Management, she is also an accredited GROWTH International coach. Robin is committed to social justice, youth advocacy, and supporting regional communities and women's issues.

Leanne Rudd (Director) As the founder of The Money Edge, an agribusiness, accounting and financial advice firm in Bundaberg, Leanne has spent 30 years in general practice, aiding regional and rural businesses to thrive sustainably. Leanne is also the Chair of the IMPACT Community Services Board.
