Lynda has supported schools' strategic direction by managing compliance, financial, human, and physical resources, ensuring the best outcomes for students and staff. She has successfully obtained grants for schools and not-for-profit organisations. Additionally, Lynda is a Life Member and Past President of the Bundaberg Surf Life Saving Club.

He challenges educators and policymakers to rethink traditional models, fostering an environment where innovation meets equity. Strategic and outcome-driven, Geoff equips leaders with the actionable insights needed to build resilient, future-ready education systems that thrive on a global scale.

Recognising the high-pressure nature of the industry, Greg is deeply committed to supporting mental fitness and building a resilient, positive team culture. His leadership focuses on ensuring staff feel supported, valued, and equipped to thrive in demanding environments.

He has a strong passion for developing young people, working closely with students and early-career team members. Greg places particular emphasis on communication, emotional intelligence, and teamwork — shaping well-rounded professionals, not just clinically capable ones.

Through his people-first approach, Greg has helped build a workplace where veterinary professionals can do their best work while maintaining purpose, and a strong sense of connection to both their team and the community they serve.

Robin is an alumnus of Central Queensland University and holds memberships in professional organisations such as ACEL and QELi. With qualifications in School Management and Human Resource Management, she is also an accredited GROWTH International coach. Robin is committed to social justice, youth advocacy, and supporting regional communities and women's issues.
