Position: Teacher (Year 10)
We are seeking a passionate and innovative Teacher to lead the development and delivery of our Year 10 curriculum for our first intake in 2026. This is a unique opportunity to shape a new program from the ground up.
Start Date: Term 4, 2025 (Curriculum development)
Teaching Commences: Term 1, 2026

What you’ll be doing
- Design and Deliver Inclusive Learning Programs
Plan and implement engaging, differentiated Year 10 curriculum aligned with the Australian and Applied QCAA Curriculum, tailored to diverse student needs. - Foster a Safe, Supportive Classroom Environment
Create an inclusive, learner-centred space that consistently reflects our Well-being First model and supports emotional and academic growth. - Develop Individualised Learning and Support Plans
Create and maintain ILPs and SSPs to guide academic, social, and emotional development for each student. - Use Trauma-Informed and Restorative Practices
Manage behaviour and support wellbeing through restorative, trauma-informed approaches, strong relationships. - Assess, Report, and Provide Feedback
Monitor student progress, provide timely, specific feedback, and maintain accurate records in line with school requirements.
What you’ll bring
- A strong understanding of the Australian Curriculum (F–10) and Queensland Certificate of Education requirements
- Experience designing and delivering inclusive, engaging learning experiences
- Knowledge and application of trauma-informed and restorative behaviour management
- A commitment to supporting students with diverse learning needs, including low literacy/numeracy, neurodiversity and mental health challenges
- Queensland College of Teachers registration and a valid driver’s licence
